The Recording Academy® To Host GRAMMY Artist Revealed™
Two-Time GRAMMY® WInner Darius Rucker

Two-time GRAMMY® winner Darius Rucker, frontman for Hootie & the Blowfish and current solo country artist, will provide fans with an intimate story of his musical journey in a unique, once-in-a-lifetime performance. Hootie & the Blowfish’s breakout album Cracked Rear View earned the band two GRAMMYs for Best New Artist and Best Pop Performance By A Duo Or Group With Vocal at the 37th Annual GRAMMY Awards®. Rucker also earned success as a solo artist, topping the Billboard Country Charts with two No. 1 albums and five No.1 singles.

As part of its ongoing tradition of celebrating musical excellence throughout the year, The Recording Academy® will host its fourth installment of the GRAMMY Artists Revealed series.Part of a music series that began in 2009,the event gives music fans the opportunity to see their favorite artist perform their music catalog in an up-close-and-personal, storyteller-style format in an intimate environment. Fans will hear anecdotes about the artist’s musical journey, from career beginnings to their road to the GRAMMYs.
