Week 6 of the NFL was packed with excitement. One team was stripped of their undefeated title while another finally got a win on their record. Only 2 teams remain undefeated while 3 are still without a win.

The Saints were well on their way to an undefeated 6-0 record with a little more than a minute left on the game clock, and then Tom Brady took the field for the final Patriots possession. Brady drove his team 70 yards down the field and looked to the end zone to find rookie Kenbrell Thompkins for the winning touchdown. New Orleans’ undefeated record wasn’t just crushed, it was obliterated.

The Pittsburgh Steelers, haunted by a zero in the win column, were determined to get their first win of the season against the New York Jets. Ben Roethlisberger completed 23-30 passes for 264 yards and the game’s only touchdown. Jets’ QB Geno Smith passed for 201 yards and had 2 interceptions, both in the red zone.

The Denver Broncos remain undefeated with their win against the Jacksonville Jaguars 35-19. Also in the undefeated category, for now, the Kansas City Chiefs who played host to the Oakland Raiders, winning the game 24-7. The Jaguars, joined by the NY Giants and Tampa Bay Buccaneers, are still in the winless group.
